Diploma in Traditional Thai Massage
About the Course

The ancient healing techniques of Traditional Thai Massage combine aspects of Acupressure, Acupuncture and Yoga to release blocked energy. Traetment is carried out on the floor with the patient fully clothed. Pressure is gently applied using the palms, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet to release tension and allow energy to flow freely.

Traditional Thai Massage is a full body treatment and one of the most powerful therapies for treating a broad range of physical discomforts and emotional disorders. It is highly effective in the treatment of muscular tension, stress and tiredness as well as helping to increase energy levels and vitality.

Our Traditional Thai Massage course is based on the 'Southern Style' as taught at the Wat Po Traditional School in Bangkok.

Supervised Practical and Clinical Experience, Case Histories, Home Assignments and Individual Projects are an integral part of the Course.
